Why haven't I received an email with a login link?
Refresh your inbox after a few minutes. If you still can't see an email, check your spam. If it's not there, double check your email is correct in the app.
Why does my login link not work?
For security reasons, your invite link is only valid for 24 hours and can only be opened on the device you're signing up or logging in with. If your invite link isn't working, it's likely that it has expired or has been opened on a device different.
It might be easier for you to use your four digit code instead. This can be found in the email with your login link.
Can I resend a login link?
If you're signing up for the first time, you will need to uninstall and reinstall the Touco app and start again. If you're logging in, go back and try again.
How do I correct my email if I signed up with the wrong one?
If you accidentally signed up using the wrong email and now can't use a login link, uninstall and reinstall Touco and start again.
How do I sign up and invite someone who helps care for me?
Right now, you can only start signing up to Touco as someone who cares for someone else. If you want to use Touco with someone who helps care for you, we recommend you have a chat with them and ask them to sign up and invite you.
