Why do I need to provide a phone number?
We ask for your phone number so we can have an additional way to get in touch with you in case of an emergency. An emergency might be that we are concerned about the person you're using Touco with, such as detecting a scam or fraud.

Why haven't I received a verification code?
Please give us a few minutes to send you a code (you can try resending every minute or so). If you still don't have a verification code, double check that your phone number is correct. For now, this has to be a UK based number.

What if I accidentally entered the wrong number?
You can go back in the sign up process and re-enter the correct number.

Why isn't my verification code working?
For security reasons, your code expires after 24 hours. Try resending it, or contact our support team.

Can I change my number after I sign up?
To change any personal details, you need to contact us.
